Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By downloading, installing, or using AvenorDownloader (“the App”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. License

AvenorDownloader grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App.

• Free plan: limited to 1 device.
• PRO plan: licensed for up to 2 devices per account.
• Teams plan: licensed for up to 5 team members.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use AvenorDownloader only for:

• Downloading content you have the right to download (personal use, Creative Commons, public domain).
• Converting and processing media files you own or have licensed.

You must not use the App to infringe copyright, distribute pirated content, or violate the terms of service of any third-party platform.

4. PRO Subscription

• PRO subscriptions are billed monthly or annually via Paddle.
• You may cancel at any time. Access continues until the end of the billing period.
• Refunds are handled per Paddle's refund policy.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, compatibility with all platforms, or continuous availability of third-party services (YouTube, TikTok, etc.) accessed via the App.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AvenorDownloader is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
